Easy HUD product is already
being updated. All customers purchasing Easy HUD 2.0 after November 14, 2008
will automatically be provided with Easy HUD 3.0 (to be released in January
2009) at no additional cost. During the transition year (2009), you will
need to use Easy HUD 2.0 if the lender is using old GFE forms and use Easy

also prepare exemption form if 1099-S submission is not required for a
closing.
Once submitted and
accepted, 1099-S filing service will immediately issue you a confirmation
number. All your IRS reporting requirements are complete. At year end,
1099-S filing service will file ALL of your 1099-S with IRS and mail
official copies to the seller.
