accounts. Totality calculates the accrued interest on each account, the
outstanding balance after each payment or cost, and how each payment is to
be allocated between principal, interest and costs. If an account is handled

you can define the information you need. A few intuitive steps and you'll

Totality's full-featured tickler system allows the user to set a tickler, or
reminder, for any date. Each user has his or her personal Tickler Queue.
When you start Totality in the morning, the Tickler Queue shows you exactly
which Ticklers are Overdue, Due Today, and Due in the Future.
When you need to set a Tickler
for a group of claims, you can select the group, and create the Tickler
once. When you save the Tickler it is automatically applied to every claim
in your group.
Ticklers can be rescheduled on
the fly, marked as complete or deleted. Totality maintains a database of all
ticklers marked complete so they can be accessed and reviewed at any time.
Ticklers can also be created
automatically when you make an entry in Totality's automated Claim History.
Automatically Generates
Documents for You
Totality has taken the work out of mail merging documents when you use
Microsoft Word®. Use your existing Document Templates or create them in
Word. Then, simply select the template you wish to use and the claims or
contacts you wish to mail merge and press the 'Merge' button.
Totality does the rest! It takes the data you've selected, runs Word and
creates the merged documents. Print your documents as you always have and
you're done. It couldn't be easier!
