Our Trust
Accounting System allows you to maintain an unlimited number of bank
accounts and offers up to the minute reconciliation for each of
those accounts. The entire system is "driven" from the entry of
receipts and disbursements, and it tracks each of these transactions
providing any type of reporting that your firm or the auditors may
require. We offer any type of client master list, individual client
account activity ledgers, subsidiary account ledgers (all activity
within a given bank account), checks, check registers, payee
reports, purpose code reports, etc., etc. If desired, you may also
integrate your Trust Accounting System with our General Ledger
System which will show the asset and liability accounts for the
Trust funds you have custody of.
If you are also
using our Time Accounting & Billing module, your clients are already
there for you. Trust Accounting shares the common client/matter
database with the Time Accounting & Billing System. Any information
that you need is always at your fingertips. All information is
maintained in the system until "you" decide to purge it out. This
means that you can print or reprint detail activity from a year ago

setup and structure of your General Ledger accounts from Time &

General Ledger also

The CaseLode
Payroll system is comprehensive because it offers you a wide variety
of features, and it has been designed specifically for today's law
firms.
One of the
outstanding features is the unique Time/Pay Input screen that
immediately calculates all pay, voluntary deductions, tax
withholdings and net pay. The benefit of this is immediate over-ride
of any information and instant verification for complete accuracy.
All default
information is retrieved, and the time entry is computed
automatically. The system allows you to approve the individual's
complete pay detail. If you approve what you see on the screen, you
simply accept it; and it is done, instantly.
Payroll is flexible
enough to handle any unusual pay situation that might occur. Let us
say you want to give an employee a large bonus but prevent excessive
tax deductions. Our Payroll system allows you to change the pay
frequency, to reduce the amount of tax, or to calculate manually and
enter the chosen tax deduction amounts.
You can easily
generate, modify or delete check records for both salaried and
hourly employees. And you can maintain and modify state and federal
tax tables.
Naturally, the
system retains a detailed record of every check written to every
employee, not just summary totals. This detail may be recalled in
inquiry or report form on demand.

Remote/Batch Time
Entry - A module which allows the user to key time and expenses on
any computer and then post it to the host computer at a future time.
Cost Recovery Interface - A module which allows the user to import
charges for copies, telephone calls, facsimile charges and any other
type of charge for which they can create an ASCII file to import to
the host system.
Electronic Billing - Some of the formats currently supported include
LEDES1998B, LEDES 2000, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Penn National,
Reliance, Great American, Royal SunAlliance, Chubb, ITT Hartford,
TyMetrix, Litigation Advisor and many others. Should you have an

Data Export Feature - Our base product includes a feature which
allows the user to design customized data sets (any field(s) from
any tables) and export that data (all or based upon a selection
criteria) in many different output formats for use in other
products. This powerful feature gives the user total access to their
data.
Minimum
Requirements:
- All products
require Windows 95, 98, NT, XP, 2000 or ME. Networks supported
are Windows, Novell, NT and other networks that are Net Bios
compatible.
- All products
are network ready, allowing simultaneous access.
We recommend 128mb RAM per workstation as a minimum.
- We also
recommend that your workstations be of Pentium quality running
at least 500 Mhz and contain a CD Rom. Additionally, monitors
should be capable of displaying 600 x 800 resolution. We
recommend a minimum size of 17” for monitors.
- We recommend
four gigabytes of disk space, but this can vary with the size of
the firm and the length of time you desire to retain historical
data.
- We also
recommend that you have a PC with a ZIP drive (100 or 250
megabytes) or a CD Writer.
- We recommend a
Windows compatible laser printer for both reports and checks.
